Telehealth Individual Therapy

I offer secure, confidential telehealth therapy for adults seeking support, healing, and personal growth. Services are provided by Dr. Teresa L. Quarker Smith, PhD, LPC, a licensed professional counselor with advanced clinical training and years of experience.

Session Length: 50 minutes

Format: Telehealth (HIPAA-compliant video platform)

Rates

Standard Individual Therapy (Telehealth)

$175 per 50-minute session

Insurance

I accept most major insurance plans for clients residing in the following states:

• Georgia
• North Carolina
• Alabama

Insurance benefits, copays, and deductibles vary by plan. Clients are encouraged to verify coverage with their insurance provider prior to the first session. Our office can assist with insurance verification as needed.

Sliding Scale Availability

A limited number of sliding scale sessions are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship.

Sliding Scale Range: $100-$125 per session

Availability is limited and based on clinical appropriateness and scheduling capacity.

Concierge Therapy Services

Concierge therapy is available for clients who desire enhanced access, flexibility, and a more personalized level of care.

Concierge Therapy Rate: $225 per 50-minute session

(Private pay only)

Concierge services may include:

• Priority scheduling and extended availability
• Increased session frequency when clinically appropriate
• Limited between-session support within professional boundaries
• Customized treatment planning for professionals, leaders, and individuals with demanding schedules

Concierge services are offered on a limited basis to ensure quality, ethical care, and appropriate clinical boundaries.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
